How do I track my order?

After every order is made a confirmation email will be sent with an estimated timeline for delivery. Once the product is shipped a tracker will be mailed for it and the details of the courier to cross-check  

What are your delivery options?

All products will be delivered through our selected courier service. We will provide the necessary details along with it as well. In case of an urgent need for the product you can also opt for fast-track delivery and depending on location will be provided

How do I return an item?

We do not entertain returns of any kind due to a change of mind and other circumstances. Only if the product is flawed or damaged or if the wrong product is delivered. The Steps and Styles team will analyze the problem and then the product must be returned in the original box in which the item was originally received. In case the packaging box is damaged, you are required to pack the product in another protective carton or cardboard box and secure it with thick tape. This is to ensure that the products do not get damaged on return, for which you will be liable.

In case the product you have received is incorrect or in a different size, we will replace it subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will refund the total billed amount to the payment source or in the form of store credit. The store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
